You can enjoy having a house sitter combined with a personal assistant. Your pet will love our fun, caring team and you'll love the attention to detail we bring to each and every service we provide.

We are fully insured and bonded, Cat and Dog First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross, and Fear Free Certified. All of our specialists are fully background checked, rigorously vetted, and highly trained.

Annie Dineen,
Owner

Annie started her career in pet and home care in 2017 in Nashville, watching the homes and pets of artists while they were out on tour, while concurrently running a business in country music. Now back home in DC, she's excited to be able to offer more to her human and canine clients. In her free time, she enjoys lifting heavy weights, trying out new hobbies, and attempting to learn new languages. Annie grew up on Capitol Hill, is fluent in Spanish, and is an alumna of Sidwell Friends School and New York University.

Kristina Garcia,
Booking Director

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Kristina is Fetch & Favor's Booking Director as well as a professional fintech Client Success Representative. Before returning to the states last year, she was living abroad for 2 years in Alicante, Spain where she was teaching elementary English and visiting as many new cities and countries as she could. Before that, she was based in NYC, working at a live music booking agency. Kristina is a lover of new experiences and doesn't shy away from a challenge.

Growing up in a pet-loving household, pets have always held a special place in her heart. She's a seasoned sitter with Fetch & Favor and is excited to bring her experience in booking and coordination to the F&F team.

Chris Nahlik,
Property Management Advisor

Chris Nahlik is a DMV native who has spent nearly 20 years in residential property management. He holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification through the Community Associations Institute and has managed luxury high rise condominiums in the DC area for over 10 years.

Throughout his career, he has managed multi-million dollar capital improvement projects and has helped manage, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues that pop up in the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities of multifamily residential properties.

Chris is a graduate of James Madison University (Go Dukes!) and is an avid DC sports fan (the Nationals are his first love, but you’ll frequently spot him at Mystics, Spirit, Commanders, Wizards, and Caps games).
